This vibrant hotel is located in the heart of the old city, just a stone's throw away from the magnificent Cathedral. The bustling market is also just a short walk away, making it a perfect location for those who want to immerse themselves in the local culture. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with clean bathrooms and a cozy atmosphere. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, and the small room for making tea or coffee is a nice touch.
It's unfortunate that the online check-in system is not the most efficient, resulting in long waits for check-in and a lack of luggage deposit options.

Excellent location - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything. The building has a charming old-world feel, and the rooms are decorated beautifully. The communal kitchen and fridge were a nice amenity, especially for making tea.
The rooms facing the street were noisy, as sound from outside traveled up easily. Some rooms also lacked proper windows, making them stuffy.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing us to leave our baggage after check-out. The shared bathrooms were clean and not busy, and the overall cleanliness of the place was impressive. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We also loved having access to a kitchen and free coffee. It was a great convenience.
One negative experience tainted our stay. One staff member told us we could check out at 12 and enjoy free tea, but another staff member came knocking on our door at 11 and insisted we leave by then.

The hotel is located right in the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring the old town and visiting the cathedral. Its central location allows guests to easily walk everywhere and discover the many historic attractions.
There is no warm water in the basin in the morning, which can be quite inconvenient for guests.
